Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules

Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Please note that changes to our delivery procedures are subject to change without notice. USE THE SHIPPING CHART BELOW.

HUMN now offers free standard shipping on all orders that are $100 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totalling less than $100, there is a delivery charge of $12 for standard shipping. For standard orders, your total order delivery time will take between 5-7 business days, depending on the final delivery destination. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times to P.O. Boxes, rural zip codes or remote locations.

Distribution Centre Safety

How are you supporting your distribution center to ensure they are safe?

The health of our team members is our top priority, which is why we are following all precautionary measures and recommendations of Health Canada and the Centres for Disease Control in our facilities and distribution centre. We’ve implemented remote working for our office staff, as well as enhanced safety practices and updated operating procedures in our distribution centre. We will continue to evolve our practices as the situation changes and will respond to team members’ safety and needs.

Return Policy

If your purchase was made in-store, please follow-up with the retailer directly to request a return, exchange or refund. Refund policies are determined by the store and are located at the bottom of your receipt.

If your purchase was made online, we can offer a refund onto your original method of payment. Due to safety concerns we are unable to accept returns on PPE products.
